What is your returns policy?
Returns Policy

We do not ship on approval, so we strongly advise ordering only 1 piece of an item #, unless you are sure the item is appropriate for your project.
 
All returns must have prior approval. Please request authorization by sending an email to: cs@cherrystreetdesign.com 
 
All returns must be made within 30 days of ship date.
 
All merchandise returns for credit must be in new and unused condition.
 
Items that have been drilled, bent or manipulated in any way will not be accepted for credit.
 
Customer pays for return shipping.
   
Orders of up to 4 pieces per item # may be returned for full credit less S&H charges.
 
Orders for above 4 pieces per item # may be returned for store credit less a 15% restocking charge.
 
Special orders are not returnable.
